We offer shipping Australia wide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout page. Please note that Express Shipping is subject to size, weight, and other restrictions. Some items may not be eligible for Express delivery, and additional charges may apply for oversized cartons. Bulk orders are not eligible for Express Shipping.

*Free shipping is offered on orders over AU $99 only through regular post Australia national services.

Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (AEST). We generally dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for bulk orders to be processed and dispatched. Orders are not handed over to the postal carrier on weekends or public holidays. Please note that some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to stock being held at different warehouse locations or because certain items are sourced through special orders.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, and many are delivered earlier. However, delays can sometimes occur with Australia Post or our courier partners, which may affect delivery times.

If you need your order within a week of placing your order, we recommend selecting Express Shipping, where available. While delivery times cannot be guaranteed, Express Shipping offers the fastest available shipping method.

Express post (Australia) estimated between 1-4 business days (longer for rural areas).

Delivery dates or times indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. Over 90% of orders will be delivered early or within the estimated time frame, however carrier delays can occur and, therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the estimated delivery time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive an immediate refund. If needed, late parcels can be returned for a refund under our change of mind refund policy.

Who do we ship with?

Orders are sent via Australia Post or couriers. The carrier used is chosen based on the delivery method you selected and your location.

• Australia Post: Most deliveries do not require a signature. If there is no safe place available for Safe Drop, parcels that cannot be delivered will be taken to your nearest Australia Post outlet and held for 10 days.
  
• Couriers: Parcels may be left in a safe location or taken to a nearby Service Hub or Depot for collection within 7 business days.
