We offer shipping Australia-wide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout page. Please note that Express shipping may have size and weight limits. Additional charges may apply for oversized cartons. (We do not send bulk orders via Express.)
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Free shipping is offered on orders over AU $99 only through regular post Australia national services.
We generally dispatch items in 1-2 business days. Bulk orders may take 1-2 weeks. No items would be handed to post during weekend and public holidays. Some orders may be delivered in more than one package due to different warehouse locations or special order.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as such assurances are not provided by Australia Post or our courier services. The majority of orders will be delivered early or within the estimated time frame, however carrier delays can occur.
If your items are required within a week of ordering, please consider choosing “Express Post” services to ensure you have your order in time.
